Participating in a quarterly solutions showcase through Connection allows you to demonstrate your products, distribute appropriate white papers and sales tools, and introduce high-profile sales resources.

• Spend time at all four of our Northeast sales offices over the course of two days.
• Two hour expo-like training for our sales teams.
• Engage and interact with our sales reps who are motivated to attend and visit each vendor.
• Each vendor has a 6ft table for their product, resources, collateral, and giveaways.
• Each showcase has a theme; all vendors are showcasing similar or complimentary solutions.

Package Elements: BDM Team Conference Call

Availability: 3 per Quarter.

This is an opportunity to provide specialized training to the Business Solutions BDM group on how to speak with customers when on-site, who to engage in the field, and how your solutions will benefit customers..

• Monday conference call.
• Vendors are given the opportunity to present to the team for 15-20 minutes.
• You will work with the designated BDM host on content for the call.

Package Elements: Solutions Training

Note: Nomination/Approval Required.

This is an opportunity to provide specialized training to this group on how to speak with customers when on-site, who to engage in the field, and how your solution will benefit customers.

• Train the northeast SMB sales.
• Held on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Sales offices: Merrimack, Portsmouth, Marlborough, and Keene.
• Duration: 30 Minutes.
• Trainings are recommended and highly supported by sales.
• Best suited for solutions-based trainings, product launches, major announcements/changes.
• Breakfast or lunch served at each training.

Required Actions/Deliverables:
• Prep call will be conducted with representatives from Sales and Marketing one week prior to the training.
• Draft of the training presentation must be ready for this meeting.
• Feedback provided to ensure training will meet the needs of the Sales teams.

Reporting:
• Only sign-in sheets can be provided upon request.

Package Elements: Virtual Training (On-Demand)

Note: Nomination/Approval Required.

Enable the Connection Sales Teams with on-demand virtual training via BrainShark. This allows you to extend your reach, as all remote sites are included, and your training will be saved for reps to recall at any time. Please note: trainings will be available for replay for at least three months.

Training Overview:
• Best suited for solutions-based trainings and technical information.
• Train all of SMB sales.
• Scheduled on Mondays and Tuesdays.
• All five sales offices: Merrimack, Portsmouth, Marlborough, Keene, and Schaumburg.
• BDM Field team.
• Trainings are recommended and highly supported by sales.
• Trainings will be a max of 15 minutes.
• Up to 10 quiz questions can be included in the training.
• Reps must receive an 80% for the training to be considered complete.

Required Actions/Deliverables:
• Short description of the training content.
• Powerpoint slides with slide titles two weeks prior to your scheduled training date. If deliverables are not received, training will be cancelled.
• Quiz questions and the correct answers.
• Any attachments you would like to include (these can be both sales and customer facing).
• Speaker's name, title, and email address for recording the audio.

Reporting:
• Excel sheet with all reps enrolled and their training status, complete/incomplete/enrolled, as well as their quiz score.

Package Elements: Schaumburg Trainings

Note: Target partners determined by sales leadership - approval required.

Enable the Connection Sales Teams in Schaumburg with on-site training. Chance to discuss how to position solutions with their customers, how to overcome obstacles, and how to uncover opportunities. Additionaly, share any current promotions, spiffs, and new product launches.

Focus Days:
• Held on the first Thursday of every month.
• Each training will have a technology theme; all participants will have similar or complimentary solutions in that technology.
• Training will last two hours starting at 12:30pm.
• Networking lunch provided at 12pm.
• Reps are divided into small groups and rotate through each vendor's training.
• Call blitz on Friday to encourage AMs to use what they've learned.

Availability: 6 vendors per training, 3 per quarter.

Solutions Training:
• Held on Tuesdays at the Schaumburg office.
• Duration: 30 minutes.
• Reps will be divided into two groups to train.
• Content should focus on solutions selling, how to uncover opportunities, resources.
• Vendors are encouraged to spend the rest of the day on-site to answer questions and work with the team.

Availability: 8 per quarter

Package Elements: Exton Trainings

Note: Target partners determined by sales leadership - approval required.

Enable the Connection Sales Teams in Exton with on-site training. Chance to discuss how to position solutions with their customers, how to overcome obstacles, and how to uncover opportunities. Additionally, share any current promotions, spiffs, and new product launches.

Solutions Training with a Call Campaign:
• Training will happen on Tuesdays and the call campaign will follow on Wednesday.

Package Elements: Sales Enablement Battlecards & Customer PDFs

Enable our sales organization to leverage your products/solutions with our customers through the creation of sales-facing and customer-facing deliverable.

Battlecards:
Enable sales to sell your product/solution by providing them with information to support their conversations with customers. Battlecards provide our sales teams with the info they need around the base audience, use cases, questions to ask, and how to uncover opportunities.

Customer PDFs:
Enable our sales teams to provide a PDF directly to their customer that advertises a product/solution and any key benefits and pricing for the customer.

Program Measurement:

PDF file of deliverable.

Availability: 6 per quarter.

Package Elements: Call Campaign

Campaign designed to help grow your share of wallet inside Connection with your brand and products.

List pull request to identify targets that will be sent to Connection sales teams to contact.

Playbook to be created and include why the target was selected, the talk track and the resources available to sales.

Note: Approval is required by Sales and Marketing.
