The SmartPro 1000VA 1U Rackmount UPS system offers everything you need to protect rackmount equipment while occupying just 1U of rack space. This UPS provides servers, storage and networking equipment with full-featured power protection, including battery backup, surge suppression and line noise filtering. It features two communication ports (one RS-232 and one USB) to provide shutdown commands and reporting on multiple servers without the need for costly accessories. These ports work with included PowerAlert software to provide IS managers with multiple server support and unparalleled control and management over network power. Users can view and respond to alerts such as system overloads, blackouts, repeated power fluctuations and more.
