The 4100 is the most stylish and one of the more comfortable headset lines for learning in classrooms, libraries and computer labs. It's ideal for PC and Mac-based gaming, teacher and student-generated podcasting, Skype conversations, computer and cloud-based tutorials and other applications requiring capturing vocal responses by a microphone with private audio playback through its noise-reducing over-ear earcups.

The uni-directional, noise-canceling microphone on the 4100 is optimized for the mid tones of the human voice, making it ideal for ESL/ELL language learning, online common core and AP language testing.

The connecting dual headbands on the 4100 are supported underneath by a comfort sling. This evenly distributes the weight of the headset, making it more comfortable when worn over extended periods of time. The circumaural (around-the-ear) style earcups on the 4100 blocks more external noise compared to on-ear or in-ear styles. This helps students stay more on-task while diminishing the need to increase the volume for hearing safety. For additional durability, longevity and classroom safety, the earcups and are headband are made using rugged ABS plastic.
