The 2TB Aegis NVX USB External Hard Drive incorporates all of the upper level security features you’ve come to expect from Apricorn with a patented proprietary NVMe architecture to deliver 256-bit hardware encryption at transfer speeds of up to 1000MB/s. Tough enough to go anywhere and smaller than most smartphones, the NVX fits easily into in a pocket or briefcase. The Aegis NVX is also Software-Free, 100 percent hardware-based 256-bit AES XTS encrypted, and onboard keypad PIN authenticated. All Data is encrypted on the fly and all PINs and Data remain encrypted while the drive is at rest. Completely cross-platform compatible and OS agnostic; the Aegis NVX thrives with Windows, Linux, Mac, Android, Symbian and Chrome. Being software-free, it also thrives where a computer keyboard isn't present, such as embedded systems and equipment in possession of a powered USB port and storage file system but no keyboard.
